How an industrial ecological model can be introduced in food industry?

Abstract

In the beginning of this study an environmental problem at a food industry company is presented then an industrial ecology system is introduced, which may wrap environmental problem up, finally data presented, gathered from a questionnaire survey had been carried out among food industry companies in Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary. Results of our questionnaire compared with results of similar surveys and it was concluded that in last years nothing changed significantly in the field.
